Patricia has over a decade of experience in sourcing mid and senior level top talent in the asset based transportation vertical. She is a knowledgeable industry professional who previously worked within the carrier environment as a carrier owner as well as in sales, operations, recruiting and federal compliance/safety. As an accomplished Executive Recruiter who was ranked the #1 Specialized Transportation Search Consultant worldwide for 8 years in a row, Patricia has been able to leverage her substantial industry experience to help other professionals achieve their business and career objectives. Just as successful companies are profit-driven, Patricia is driven by results, produced through placing high-performing individuals in mission-critical positions for her clients in the truckload, flatbed, heavy haul, tank truck and energy sector industries.
Search Support Manager
Rebecca has 3 years of experience in both the Trucking and Supply Chain industries including Customer Service, Recruiting and Administrative roles. She was honorably discharged from the Army in 2013. Rebecca is trained in Cryptology, computer research & analysis as well as collecting, analyzing and investigating classified information subsequently organizing said data into unclassified reports for use in war zones. She is a proud recipient of the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal and the Army Achievement Medal. Rebecca is a dedicated professional who possesses a strong skill set in administrative assistance, data mining, analysis and customer service.
Data Analytics/Sourcing/Assessment Coordinator
Performs research on companies, candidates, and positions. Collects and analyzes the data to provide KPI’s across industry trends, sourcing candidates, companies and evolution data on newly created positions as well as new markets. In addition, Austin coordinates all profile assessments (i.e. Meyers-Briggs, IPIP-NEO, Kolbe, etc.) to be administered as per organization engagement request. Austin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bellarmine University where he studied Personality Theories & Assessments; Research Methodology & Statistical Analysis; Abnormal Psychology; Psychoanalytics; and Organizational Behavior.
